Request a password change by visiting the Consignor Access Page and clicking “Forgot password”. Enter your Consignor ID to receive a link where you can change your password.

When can I drop off items?
We accept drop-offs Monday-Friday 10am-6pm, not on Saturdays. We ask if you have more than 10 items you make an appointment by giving us a call.

What is your return policy?
CCS accepts returns within 7 days for store credit.  Sale items are final sale.
