Flowy silks and relaxed silhouettes define elegant leisure, while preppy chic touches—dark-wash denim, snakeskin, oversized sunglasses, and subtle ’80s flair—are exactly what we’re excited to feature this season. CONSIGNING WITH CCS IS EASY!

CCS is women's fashion only. We accept items by high-end luxury designers. Our store is curated seasonally and intentionally in order to cater to our shoppers. Items should be clean and in like-new condition. We do not take vintage items, only current trends within the last 2 years.

DO I NEED AN APPOINTMENT?

Nope! Consignment is available Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 11am-4pm & Thursday 11am-6pm. As a consignor, please allow a maximum of 15 minutes for your look through. We put a lot of attention and detail into selecting the perfect items for our store. If you opt to drop-off your items, anything CCS does not accept will be donated. We highly suggest doing a look through. 

HOW SHOULD I PREPARE MY ITEMS FOR A LOOK THROUGH?

Please bring all items freshly laundered or dry cleaned in a laundry basket, bin or on disposable hangers. Bags and shoes should be wiped down prior to arrival and emptied of any personal belongings. Items should be from the current season and less than 3 years old.  We are very label driven, please see the list of acceptable designers below. Items with stains, holes, or pet hair will not be accepted. 

WHAT IS THE SPLIT?

Items priced $0-499 are 50/50 split

Items over $500 are 60/40 split

Items over $1,000 are 65/35 split

Items over $2,000 are 70/30 split

Our splits are always in the favor of the consignor.

HOW DO I RECEIVE PAYMENT FOR ITEMS THAT HAVE SOLD?

Once an item(s) sells, there are two payout options. (1) Direct deposit, which is available for setup through your online consignor account, will provide secure monthly deposits. CCS will not have access to your banking information at any time and deposits will automatically be sent to your account at the beginning of each month. (2) Let it roll and check on demand allows you to keep your earnings in your account until you are ready to grab a check. Use your payout as store credit and get a 10% boost toward your in-store purchase. Checks are written on the spot at your convenience.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ITEMS SOLD?

Consignors are responsible for tracking their items through their online consignor account. If you no longer have access to your login information, or need assistance navigating your account, please call the store or email us at clevelandconsignmentshoppe@gmail.com.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ITEM DOESN'T SELL?

During your look-through, a CCS staff member will provide you with an expiration date for each item. It is the sole responsibility of the consignor to track these dates. Expiration dates are also visible in your consignor access for every item.

Please note: this policy is strictly enforced. CCS does not send reminders or reach out regarding upcoming or expired items.
Any items not picked up within two (2) weeks after their expiration date will be automatically donated, with no exceptions.
