Request a password change by visiting the Consignor Access Page and clicking “Forgot password”. Enter your Consignor ID to receive a link where you can change your password.

Why can’t I see my active items in my Consignor Access Account?

In your Consignor Access Account, please change the date to 5 months before your start date and 5 months past your expiration date.

Due to Covid-19, intake is by appointment only.  We have appointments available Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays.  Please click the link on the homepage or call the store to make an appointment at 216-292-8778.
